inserting images to a newsletter in phpList

Hey, we created this for a client wondering how to upload and insert an image into their newsletter template.. Thought we’d post it for anyone who could use it. Enjoy. Oh, the width suggestion was related to a specific template, and is the only thing I would disregard.
