Living and working in such a spectacular environment makes us ever-conscious of our environmental footprint and the impact of our practices. We are constantly learning and improving on our business practices to reduce our footprint and create a sustainable, eco-friendly work environment. In an industry that traditionally uses unsustainable practices, we encourage all of our industry colleagues and partners to follow our commitment to preserving our environment.

commuting

Everyone in the office commutes regularly via public transit, bike, skateboard or on foot and we currently use cars to commute less than 25% of the time. Everyone in the office is also able to work from home, allowing us to keep our time on the road to a minimum.

printing

Although a truly paperless office is near impossible, we do our best to use the printer only when absolutely necessary. From conception to delivery, our development process is entirely paperless, using virtual drafts, documentation and invoices.

All of our print materials are printed on 100% post consumer recylced paper and we have started a thorough recycling program for all offices in the building.

energy

Our office has more than enough natural light via large windows and a massive skylight, meaning we rarely have to turn on the lights. We often work at night, in which case we have energy-saving fluorescent and compact fluorescent bulbs to light up the office.
