We believe that it starts and ends with the clients vision. We bring 12 years of expertise and knowledge to the table to make your goals a reality. Our favorite part of the development process is the conceptualization process; pacing around our office brainstorming ideas and conceptualizing an application that will make your life easier. We get excited, we exchange ideas, we argue, we agree, we high-five, and come out the other side with incredible ideas. By involving both our creative & technical team in the innovation process, we are able to qualify ideas early, so creative concepts are always supported by a stable compliant technology foundation.

We then document, research, and scope the exact functionality the product will provide. We take all of the ideas from our innovation sessions and define them both in technical and laymen's terms. These documents, sitemaps, and flowcharts will create the blueprint for the project. We walk you through them so you understand exactly what we're up to, and then we make any final changes before signing off on the "plan".

Then the exciting process of design & creation begins. You get to travel down the development path with us, with set sign-off points and milestones for deliverables. We provide you a password protected area for you to access designs, templates, and prototypes.

Once development is complete, all of our products undergo rigorous quality assurance testing (regression testing) to ensure everything is secure, functioning and optimized. We have a special team for this phase, who are quick with a whip, and ruthless (in a good way..)

After our Q&A team has signed off, and our client is happy, we go the extra mile to ensure a smooth launch. If you have hosting, we can verify it for you, or if you need it we offer some of the best hosting in Canada. If you would rather go with another company we would be happy to qualify them for you, and offer suggestions. Once your site is live, we offer 90 days of bug-support, so if anything happens to go wrong, we'll take care of it. We also offer maintenance packages for minor upgrades, changes or general support.
